Email Us with any additional questions. We will respond via email and post them on this site.

Q: Why should I choose an IICRC certified restoration company?

A: The importance of having Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) cannot be understated, as it assures you of trained, experienced technicians on EVERY JOB. IICRC companies cannot send hired temporary employees to handle your restoration job at the risk of improperly mitigating the damages.

In addition to being certified by the industry's most widely recognized and accepted certification program, all of Stanley Steemer's technicians attend IICRC accredited continuing education and training programs several times a year. All IICRC company's invest a significant amount of time and money in training and equipment to ensure they perform the highest standards of work.

Q: How is your pricing structured?

A: Our pricing is created using the insurance industry standard Xactimate pricing. Since there are many variables with each water restoration job, such as how much water, what category water, how many rooms, etc., we cannot price jobs before examining each job.

Q: How is payment handled?

A: We direct bill the insurance company for the costs of restoring your client's property. The customer is responsible for their deductible, which is collected on the first day the restoration begins.
